AEI’s mission is to elevate leadership, bolster wellness, and foster resilience.
The American Excellence Initiative is a front-line focused service specializing in leadership, wellness, and resilience. AEI provides value through speaking, training, consulting, and coaching services. Although applicable to all groups and a wide variety of partners, AEI specializes in two main tracks; front line personnel and K-12 School leadership teams (both building and district level).
Built on the Front Lines, Driven to Serve Others
AEI’s founder and Executive Director Andy Arnold spent over two and a half decades on the front lines of many challenging work environments. Having served 4 years as a professional educator, 19 years as a law enforcement officer, 14 months as a high-threat diplomatic security contractor, and 2 years as a national school safety trainer, it became clear to him that there are common denominators in both success and setbacks; excellence and failure. The need for skilled leadership, the importance of wellness, and the necessity of resilience has never been higher.
Andy is impassioned to use the lessons from his own wins and losses in life to provide 1st responders, veterans, military personnel, security contractors, dispatchers, educators, and leaders from all walks of life the tools to elevate their leadership skills, bolster their wellness, and foster greater resiliency.
